The Red & Black — On Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., the Athens Area Humane Society Vet Clinic is hosting a free vaccine clinic for local residents pets. They will be providing free rabies, distemper vaccinations, microchips and spay/neuter vouchers for cats and dogs.
This event will be first-come first-serve for the first 200 animals. No reservations or appointments can be made for this event. Proof of residency and a valid email address are needed to provide residents with a copy of their records. […]
